M&A Consultant and Trainer

We specialize in supporting our clients on the human side of their transactions. This includes providing publications, training, and consulting advisory services related to communication, cultural integration, retention of talent, performance improvement, and executive coaching.

This position will report to our Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and will involve significant (45%-75%) travel, including some international.

Major Areas of Accountability

  • Follow up on warm leads to determine client interest
  • Conduct meetings with clients to define needs (teleconference and on client sites)
  • Write proposals and respond to RFPs
  • Design/develop custom training and consulting solutions
  • Become certified in PRITCHETT training programs
  • Deliver executive briefings and keynote addresses
  • Design/develop client communications (newsletters, memos, talking points, etc.)
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer workshops and deliver training
  • Consult with clients to support the merger or acquisition
  • Provide executive coaching, as required
  • Coordinate with PRITCHETT’s change management and process improvement divisions to cross-sell and position performance improvement solutions
Requirements

  • Minimum of five years business experience consulting to large organizations and advising senior executives
  • Significant/relevant merger experience
  • World-class communication and presentation skills
  • Executive presence
  • Ability to travel extensively (sometimes on short notice)
  • Capability to learn the value drivers in different industries quickly
