The Employee Workshop for Organizational Change
This program helps individuals understand the personal impact of continuous change, and provides tools, techniques, and guidelines to manage the challenges presented by organizational change and uncertainty. Participants learn how to deal with the predictable dynamics of change, how to overcome resistance to change, and how to re-focus personal energy away from “me” issues to productivity.
