HOW DOES MY CLIPS SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
When you purchase a clips subscription, you will receive a welcome email from us with your login info and a link to view your first clip. If you haven’t received a welcome email, please check your junk folder. Make sure you’ve added pritchettclips.com to your list of allowed websites for email delivery.

Once you’ve logged into your account at pritchettclips.com, we will remember you for future visits.
WHAT’S NEXT AFTER MY FIRST CLIP?
Twice per week, you will receive a similar email with a link to view your next clip.
CAN I SHARE CLIPS?
clips are trademarked and the content is copyrighted by PRITCHETT, LP. They are intended for your personal/individual development only. clips may not be copied, stored, and/or used in presentations or in conjunction with training or any other application.
MAY I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND RECEIVE A REFUND ON MY PURCHASE?
Your credit card is charged at time of purchase, and all clips subscription sales are final.
WHAT IF I CHANGE EMAIL ADDRESSES?
clips subscribers may change their delivery address by contacting us. You can reach us at cservice@pritchettnet.com or by phone at 214.239.9600.
CAN I STILL VIEW MY PREVIOUSLY DELIVERED CLIPS?
All previously-delivered clips are available for viewing by logging into your account on pritchettclips.com. Subscribers will have access to their clips gallery for two weeks following the end of their subscription.
